- In a large mixing bowl combine 1 cup of flour,egg,milk,yeast,vanilla, butter,sugar and whisk well until smooth. Cover with a plastic wrap and let rest at room temperature for 10mins,or until some bubbles form on the surface..
- Add the remaining 1 cup of flour. Knead the dough until it's no longer sticking to the side of d bowl(if it's sticking then dust with a little flour and knead again). Knead in the bowl for abt 5mins. The dough should be smooth and soft..
- When you are done kneading the dough,cover d bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for 1hr until it double its size..

- Fry in hot oil at low heat..
