  1. Take rice and all the Dal and mix them and wash them.
  2. Add butter milk and give it rest for 4 hours.
  3. Now crush it (dardaru crush karvu).
  4. Now add salt, chilli ginger garlic paste, malai and coriander.
  5. Mix it well. Now grease a plate with oil and now add soda in the batter and mix it and now add the batter in the greased plate and sprinkle chilli powder.
  6. Steam it for 10 minutes.
  7. Now take a small kadai and switch on the flame and add oil, sesame seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves and let it cook and then pour it on the dhokla.
  8. Now cut pieces and serve it with chutney.
